The ingredients needed to make Peanut Halwa:

  1. {Prepare 1 cup of roasted peanuts.
  2. {Make ready 2 tsp of ghee.
  3. {Prepare 1/4 cup of sugar.
  4. {Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  5. {Prepare 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  6. {Take 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut.
  7. {Make ready Aa needed of chopped dry fruits as your choice.

Instructions to make Peanut Halwa:

  1. First take roasted peanuts and remove the coating. (If you have raw peanuts then in a pan dry roast them on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.then let cool and remove the coating) put roasted peanuts in a grinding jar and grind it coarsely..
  2. Now take a pan add ghee heat it on medium flame then add peanut powder roast with ghee on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.when it turns light brown add milk powder, sugar and milk.mix well and stir continuously.cook untill sugar dissolved.it takes 2-3 minutes..
  3. Now Add desiccated coconut chopped dry fruits and mix.when the mixture leaves the pan turn off the flame.transfer in a plate garnish with some dry fruits and serve..
